My mentor Bleuken in cooperation with ClaremontDesign organized a small SEO Contest exclusive for the Students entitled Rocreh Web Design.
Many students in our department participated especially to those who knew the practice of making their sites visible in the Search Engines. For this reason I was also excited to participate because I knew I have the talent to be a part of it. Although I am not that good, I believe that this will be a gateway to be a good one.
This has made the participants and those who knew a little about this craft very excited about the results since this will be a door opener for a better opportunity. The winners will be announced on the first day of the celebration of the 2010 IT Week of our Department.
Sir JM also added some cash prize which created more motivation for the participants to exert more activities. I would like to commend Sir JM for his generosity since he has not demanded for a link which most sponsors do. It only shows how serious these mentors of ours to bring the good fortune it may bring to us, if not today, maybe sooner.
